Animax Card Captor Sakura Dubbed


So, I hear that NIS America released Cardcaptor Sakura on Blu-ray just the other day. From my understanding, the said it would include English voiceovers, so naturally that got me very intrigued.
The problem is this: No matter where I look, it seems that no one in the world who owns the new set is talking about this dub, and the only review to actually mention it () merely says that it's included as an 'extra goodie'. Is it the Nelvanna dub? The Animax dub? A new dub by Bang Zoom or the aforementioned dub? Are there any VA names to be confirmed? What is up with this dub?! For another, capturing the Clow Cards became the focus of the series. (We have Yu-Gi-Oh, or at least its Western popularity, to thank for that.) Listing off all the changes in the dub would take too long.
