Testing on Windows 8 and Windows bit operating systems has not yetbeen completed. Due to the different natures of the operating systems, specific EPI Suite set-ups are required. Below is a chart outlining the different files that will be required, depending on the individual PC configuration. The standard EPI Suite Installer works on operating systems up to and including Windows XP.

The installer for Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1 has been released directly to IWS Channel Partners. End users are to contact their vendor to obtain the updated installer.
